31. How Do I Reset After Traveling so I'm Not Tired for a Week?

💬 You know that “I need a vacation from my vacation” feeling?

Yep… I’m there. After coming back from our annual Vegas trip, I found myself wiped out, questioning how the heck to reset so the whole week doesn’t get lost to exhaustion.

In this episode, I share the messy-real truth of post-travel burnout (complete with chocolate fundraising and freak Vegas weather), and how I’m learning to reset without forcing myself into full productivity mode.

If you’ve ever come home from a trip and thought, “why am I so tired and how do I get back on track?” — this one’s for you.

✨ My best advice? Start slow. Do the bare minimum (wash the clothes, shower off the travel, and sit your happy ass down). Then find a reset routine that actually works for you.
