14. Permission to Rest (Burnout Isn’t a Badge)

Let me say it louder for the ones still stuck in hustle mode—burnout is not a badge of honor. You will not get extra credit for running yourself into the ground. In this episode, I’m sharing a much-needed reminder: you’re allowed to rest without earning it, proving anything, or checking one more box.
